1. Discover & Define

I start by understanding the business process, user pain points, and desired outcomes. This includes process mapping, identifying decision points, clarifying data requirements, and shaping a solution that fits the real workflow.

2. Design the Solution

I design the data model, automation flow, user experience, and role structure before building. I focus on clarity, maintainability, and a user journey that makes sense for both requesters and approvers.

3. Build & Validate

I build solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Dataverse, and model-driven apps, with testing throughout. I validate logic, edge cases, error handling, and user experience to make sure the solution works reliably.

4. Govern & Improve

I think about governance from the start — including security roles, auditability, environment variables, and ALM. I also look for opportunities to improve reliability, reduce manual effort, and support future change.
